Okay this is a very easy song but i've seen it tabbed wrong so many times.

So let's clear this up a bit, here's how i see it. I saw from the other

poster that the guitars may be tuned a half step down.. whether this

is true or not i'm nto sure but this sounds great with standard E tuning.

Intro (2x)

after the first 8 on the D string you will want to mute the others a bit.

the other guy said they were dead notes, but they sounds like a little

more than that.. so i use a bit of muting..

E-------------------------------------------|
B--------11-------10-------8--------10------|
G-----10--------10-------8--------10--------|
D---8-------8-8--------8------8-8-----------|
A-------------------------------------------|
E-------------------------------------------|

Then this is played until the verse kicks in..

E----------------------------------------------|
B----------------------------------------------|
G-----------------10-10-x-x--8-8-x-x-x-x-10-10-|
D-8-8-8-8-x-x-x-x-10-10-x-x--8-8-x-x-x-x-10-10-|
A-8-8-8-8-x-x-x-x-8--8--x-x--6-6-x-x-x-x-8--8--|
E-6-6-6-6-x-x-x-x------------------------------|

Verse.. not 100% sure but it sounds good..

Use wah

E--6-6--8--8---6-6--8--8---11-11--8--8---6-6--8--8--|
B--6-6--10-10--8-8--10-10--11-11--10-10--6-6--10-10-|
G--7-7--10-10--8-8--10-10--12-12--10-10--7-7--10-10-|
D---------------------------------------------------|
A---------------------------------------------------|
E---------------------------------------------------|

Chorus. this riff.. i'm on an acoustic right now so fool around with

the muting to make it sound right on electric

E----------------------------------------------|
B----------------------------------------------|
G-----------------10-10-x-x--8-8-x-x-x-x-10-10-|
D-8-8-8-8-x-x-x-x-10-10-x-x--8-8-x-x-x-x-10-10-|
A-8-8-8-8-x-x-x-x-8--8--x-x--6-6-x-x-x-x-8--8--|
E-6-6-6-6-x-x-x-x------------------------------|

Verse 2. (starts in like the middle) (2x) intro slightly modified..

E-------------------------------------------|
B--------11---------10--------8-------10----|
G-----10----10---10----10---8---8---10--10--|
D---8----------8----------8-------8---------|
A-------------------------------------------|
E-------------------------------------------|

Chorus

Bridge. this is where hes like "we'll be self-made millionaires"

E---------------------------|
B---------------------------|
G--7----9----5----3----2----|
D--7----9----5----3----2----|
A--5----7----3----1----0----|
E---------------------------|

8 8 4 4 8 (I think those are the number of times

you play the chords)

Outro is just like this

E--------------------------------------------------------|
B--------------------------------------------------------|
G--------------------------------------------------------|
D--8--8--8-8-8-8-8----8--8--8-8-8-8-8----8--8--8-8-8-8-8-|
A--8--8--8-8-8-8-8----8--8--8-8-8-8-8----8--8--8-8-8-8-8-|
E--6--6--6-6-6-6-6----6--6--6-6-6-6-6----6--6--6-6-6-6-6-|

HAVE FUN. PEACE
