Shake My Tree

Coverdale and Page

This is tablature — fret positions rather than chord names. Wide lines scroll sideways on their own, so the page never does.

Wow, I didn't think anybody else bought this album! I personally think it is

a pretty decent album. Here is some tab that I figured out for SHAKE MY TREE.

It's probably all wrong, but it sounds pretty close.

This is the opening riff.

e|------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-5-0-0-3-0-0-5-0-0-3-0-0------5-0-0-3-0-0-5-0-0-3-0-0-------------0-3-0-3-0-0-|
G|-------------------------2-1--------------------------2-1-----1-2-------------|
D|-----------------------------------------------------------2------------------|
A|------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
e|---------------------|
B|-------0-3-0-3-0-0---|
G|---1-2---------------|
D|-2-------------------| play this riff twice, then play this riff ...
A|---------------------|
E|---------------------|
e|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-5---3---5---3-------5---3---5---3-------5---3---5---3--------------|
G|----------------2-1-----------------2-1-----------------2-1---------|
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
e|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-5---3---5---------0-3-0-3-0-0--------0-3-0-3-0-0----------------|
G|---------------1-2----------------1-2----------------------------|
D|-------------2------------------2--------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------|

For the other parts, i just use the almighty power cords. Like I said, this

most likely isn't accurate, but it sounds close, and it's a start.
