This is tablature — fret positions rather than chord names. Wide lines scroll sideways on their own, so the page never does.

When The Storm Comes
By Blood For Blood
Tabbed by Jason
Okay, this tab isn't perfect; I didn't bother to figure out the leads,
I didn't always write the correct number of notes or indicate rhythm,
and since I tabbed some of it from memory it might be a little off,
but it sounds about right to me. Also, I think it's tuned down a half
step.
Intro/Chorus (Victim, victim)
|-------------------------------------| |-------------------------------------| |-------------6-----------------------| |-4-4-4-4-4-4-6-7-7-2-2-2-2-2-2-9-7-2-| |-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-7-7-2-2-2-2-2-2-9-7-2-| |-2-2-2-2-2-2---5-5-0-0-0-0-0-0-7-5-0-|
Verse

Bridge (And when the storm comes...)

Slow Part (I'll never be a victim)
|-------------------------------| |-------------------------------| |---------6---------------------| |-4-4-4-4-6-6-7-6-2-4-2-4-2-4-2-| |-4-4-4-4-4-6-7-6-2-4-2-4-2-4-2-| |-2-2-2-2---4-5-4-0-2-0-2-0-2-0-|
There are a few other parts but you should be able to figure them out...
That's about it. For the lead parts in the beginning I think it's just
a single note or octave version of the chords on a higher octave.
